If you shop at Kroger (anywhere nationwide) you can go online and register your card at www.krogercommunityrewards.com.
You will need to have your Kroger Plus Card. If you do not have one you can get one at you local Kroger store's service desk on your next visit. Then click on “Sign in/Register” and follow the prompts.
Jamie’s Smiles comes up as “ FOUR COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION JAMIE'S SMILES ” and our Organization Number/NPO (you will need to enter it) is GC639.
You will have to confirm your email by clicking on a link in an email sent to you. The whole process took us less than two minutes and Kroger donates money to Jamie’s Smiles for every dollar you spend. Get started at www.Kroger.com.
